Treat other members like your real-life mothers' group

Be the kind of member you'd want to meet: supportive, honest, and respectful of the fact that everyone here is figuring out parenthood in their own way. Disagreement is fine; contempt isn't.

Don't

• Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against anyone, including based on their parenting choices.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent who you are or your relationship to your child.
• Post spam, scams, or commercial solicitation unrelated to being a parent.
• Share someone else's personal information without their consent ("doxxing"), including screenshots of private conversations.
• Post sexual, violent, or otherwise graphic content — this includes photos, which are automatically screened and may be removed pending human review before anyone sees them.
• Give medical, legal, or safety advice as though it were professional guidance. Sharing your own experience is welcome; presenting it as authoritative isn't.

Report and block

If you see content or behavior that crosses these lines, report it — every post, comment, message, and profile has a reporting option, and reports go to a human moderator, not an automated system. You can also block anyone at any time; it takes effect immediately and doesn't notify the other person.

What happens after a report

A moderator reviews the report and the content or behavior it concerns. Depending on what they find, that can mean no action (if nothing here was actually violated), content removal, or account suspension or termination for repeated or serious violations, per the Terms of Service's Moderation, suspension, and termination section.

Changes to these guidelines

If we make material changes to these guidelines, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the app.
